Function Times
The venue can be made available for the client to set up and prepare décor from 08h00 on the day of the function. Meals are served at a time according to the client's choice, with the main course of dinner being served no later than 20h00.
Breakfast functions are available between the hours of 07h00 and 11h00.
Luncheon functions are available between the hours of 11h00 and 15h00.
Dinner functions are available between the hours of 16h00 and 23h00.

All social functions are of a maximum 6 hour duration, with the exception of weddings which may be up to a maximum 8 hours duration (including a marriage ceremony), and 7 hour duration without a marriage ceremony.

Rates and Included Costs
Sunset Boma operates on a fully inclusive various per person packages. The Sunset Boma is available for social functions of between 40 and 150 persons. Please note that Sunset Boma incorporates a very large open boma bon fire, over 200 flame torches and unprotected water holes; with this in mind we do not cater for children under 12 years (unless by prior arrangement) and at the client's and/or parent's own risk.

All per person package costs are fully inclusive of the following :

Exclusive, private venue hire and use of the bush bomas, bush bar and general function area and amenities, with secure car . . .. park facilities.
Outdoor entertainment/patio area of 6m x 10m
Welcome drinks and light reception snacks on arrival.
All catering, with 3 course meal as per the Boma menu.
Waiters and barmen as required, with on-site duty manager.
Round tables with chairs of 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 place settings & standard table dècor
Use and set up of all crockery, cutlery and glassware including table numbers, table lanterns, standard cream tablecloths, . . . . .. various overlays, placemats and napkins as well as bridal, cake and gifts tables (if required).
Music/sound CD system for background or dance music; your own CD selections are welcome and can be played in a . . . . . . . . . shuffle carousel type system.
An I-Pod system is also available, bring your own or use ours.
All clearing and cleaning of the venue grounds.

All per person package costs exclude the following :
Drinks (see bar/drinks service).
Breakage deposit of R1,000.00
Additional décor such as drapes, fairy lights, candles, table displays and flowers or additional chair covers, tablecloths, . . . . . . . . overlays, napkins, displays etc. other than those provided in the 'standard' set-up.
Vintage chauffeur drive wedding car, printed menus and seating plan.
