Sunset Boma caters for the following informal full day conference/corporate bush braai packages for a minimum of 20 delegates, and a maximum of 150 delegates. Please note that the entire venue is for the exclusive sole use of the client.

Full Day Corporate Package (with generator backup) - 07h00 to 17h30
Various packages per delegate available(minimum charge of 20 delegates)

Packages could/would consist of(depending on chosen package):
Private use of the Sunset Boma venue equipped with all tables, chairs, overhead data projector, large screen, proxima/data . . .. . projector, flip chart, white board, marker pens, large screen DVD/DSTV.
Table pens & note pads with mineral water & mints.
Arrival tea & coffee, fresh fruit juices with morning bakes.
Mid morning tea & coffee, fresh fruit juices with light snacks.
All catering, with breakaway bush braai buffet or light finger luncheon
Afternoon tea & coffee, soft drinks with oven pastries.
All other soft drinks and refreshments throughout the day.

Please remember that for day conferences, we need to close the venue at 17h30 to allow our staff to catch their transport, and return home safely before dark.
